Malcolm X was a muslim, black man who cared very much about gaining equal rights. He was, in a way, an extremist. Though only taking action when he felt necessary, when he did take action, it often had drastic effects on the people and events occurring around him. Unlike Martin Luther King or other leading civil rights activists, he did not believe in peaceful protest. He believed in â€Å"whatever means necessary† to accomplish his goals. Because of his strong efforts and his unmatched determination, Malcolm X, formally known as Malcolm Little, changed the course of the civil rights movement. Because of this, more and more people started to hear and know about Malcolm X, therefore causing a burst in fame. Many people disagreed with Malcolm X, and in public would talk down to him. Iro nically, this outrage from the world and the U.S. further popularized the beliefs and intentions of Mr. Little. Malcolm X’s extreme views and takes on the solutions to racism were seen increasingly in the civil rights movement. If not for his assassination, he would have become a major competitor to Martin King’s way of protest. Although many negative actions were performed because of him, his influence was not all negative. He made the whites take him and his supporters seriously. If not for him, it is possible that King would not have been taken seriously either. He condemned the march on Washington - calling it, in his own autobiography, â€Å"the farce on Washington.† Because of Malcolm, hundreds, if not thousands of blacks did not march that day. Even though today many consider that a bad thing, he thought that the march demeaned and unempowered people of African-American descent. Malcolm X brought pride to being black. He did not think that blacks had to be given rights by whites, but that they were independent peoples. Singh has been suffering from certain health issues like- cerebrovascular accidents, right-sided hemiplegia, right sided dysphagia and right sided dysphasia.Cerebrovascular diseases are the sudden death of brain cells when they face deficit of oxygen and the blood flowing to the brain is impaired by blockage or rupturing of any artery to the brain. Cerebrovascular accidents are often referred to as the stroke (Bobath., 2009). The symptoms of this disease include weak face muscles, speech problems, weakness and paralysis of one side of the body which may lead to complete loss of movement. The right hemiplegia is described as paralysis of a right side of the body. This disease is caused as after effect of the cerebrovascular disease. The principal diagnosis of this disease is the cerebrovascular disease with the infraction (Wagner-Sonntag Prosiegel., 2014). Hemiplegia is always opposite of the brain cells as the nerve fibers cross over on the opposite side in the medulla oblongata. This helps in connecting the spinal cord to the brain. Dysphagia is referred as difficulty in swallowing any liquid material or any solid material. Liquid matters, including saliva seem very hard to swallow. Dysphasia is difficulty with language or speech disorders. This is the condition when the patient loses the ability to express thoughts by speaking, writing (Vaclavik et al., 2015). There are two kinds of dysphasia which may be receptive or expressive. In simple words, it can be defined as difficulty in comprehension and difficulty in saying. 2. (a) The three modified food textures that are recommended for the patient are- B = thin puree dysphagia diet C = thick puree dysphagia diet D = pre- mashed dysphagia diet E =fork mashable dysphagia diet As the patient has been suffering from dysphagia, she is advised by the doctors to have texture modified foods. It is recommended as she has been facing difficulty in swallowing even liquid foods and thus she is advised to have soft foods (Gulanick Myers., 2013). She may also face difficulty in aspiration of foods into the lungs. This kind of foods is generally prescribed by the speech and language therapist to help the patient in overcoming the problems of eating. (b) The strategies that can be adopted for the patient to help her in assisting food are- Giving the patient foods in a slow manner so that she can eat every bite of food and chew it properly (Stemple Hapner., 2014) Allowing her to chew and sip each bite for 5 10 seconds Checking the patient for pouching. As she has been suffering from hemiplagia, her head should be tilted slightly for avoiding pouching. The patient should be kept upright all the time during and before eating. Enteral tube feeding can be equally helpful for patients who are unable to meet their nutritional needs orally (Namdari et al., 2012). Appropriate bed positioning and spoon feeding laying her at 60- 90 degree upright and putting the pillow on her back makes her relax and will help in assisting her with food. 3.(a) The factors which the nurse needs to keep in mind before moving the patient are- The nurse should check her vital signs like respiratory reserves, medical conditions She should check that her blood pressure remains normal before and after mobilization (Shinde Anjum., 2014) She should also focus upon the patients usual level of mobility and fitness(Kegelmeyer et al., 2014) Not causing too many vigorous movements and disturbances as this may be troublesome the patient The patient should be prior informed and relaxed before moving 3(b) As the patient has been suffering from dysphagia so, the risks of falling while mobilizing and risks of developing more pain increases. The patient is an old woman, so she should be handled very carefully as risks of falling increases for her. 4. Steps involved in changing colostomy bag are- Placing all the necessary equipment nearby hands Washing hands with water or antibacterial hand cleanser Removing the pouch easily by supporting the skin with one hand, adhesive remover can be used Emptying the used pouch by cutting at the bottom of the pouch bag. Rinsing the pouch under water and keeping the wastes into plastic disposal bags. Wrapping it in the newspaper bags and placing it in ordinary plastic bags (Kawai et al., 2016). The used pouch can be directly put into the disposal bag if not emptied. After all these processes are done, the disposal bags are to be dumped into the domestic refusal bag. 5. Nurses who are available all the time and with members of the multidisciplinary team can be able to undertake initial isolation and develop interventions and outcomes. The nurse can identify the most adverse outcomes that can arise due to the dysphagia. She can also help in reducing all the errors developed due to dysphagia and dysphasia (Burns et al., 2016). Nurses can also help the patient by providing knowledge to her family members regarding the problems and causes of the diseases. Educating family members about the patient management and telling them about the treatment for dysphagia can help her. Nurses play very vital role in patient care and help her in facing the swallowing difficulties and assist in her movements. The nurses ensure that the patient gets all the necessary devices needed to care at home. Nurses work with multidisciplinary team members and ensure that the patient is directly linked with the doctors. They form direct link between in- patient and out- patient care. 6. Nurses value the diversity of people and nurses value a culture of safety in nursing and health care. (a) Extrinsic and intrinsic factors are present that helps in the formation of pressure areas. The intrinsic areas are- the disposing factors like limited movement, lack of proper diet, aging of the skin (Bos et al., 2016). The extrinsic factors are- pressure, stress, friction, moisture, and shear. The position of the patient determines the pressure applied to the joints which may cause pressure in ulcers. 7.(b) Decubitus ulcers are also called as pressure ulcers. These are local injuries or harms to the skin, which occur in the tissue, which usually occurs over a bony prominence and evolves due to the pressure in combination with shear or friction (Bos et al., 2016). The common sites are- skin of sacrum, coccyx, heels, hips and elbows, knee skin. 7.(c) The strategies adopted for preventing the patient from this pressure problem are- timely risk assessment to identify the risk factors involved, not moving the patient too much as this may cause more pressure, not moving her elbows and knees as this may cause more pain. Pressure injury sites should be determined and taken into focus by the nurses and multidisciplinary team members(Bos et al., 2016) . As the patient is now suffering from decubitus ulcer, she should not be lifted suddenly and should be provided with the cushion at her back as this may help her in reducing pain while movements. She should be given wheelchair for more assistance and should not be placed from one place to another several times as this will increase pain. Healing can be done by applying dressings on moist wounds, cleaning her open sores with saline solutions and removing of damaged tissues by surgical debridement. Pain can be managed by giving proper antibiotics and healthy nutritional diet.(Singh et al., 2015). 7.(d) The risk assessment involved in the case scenario are- the Norton scale, the Braden scale and the Water low scale. The Norton scale was found to be the best as it gives complete analysis of patients physical, mental conditions along with mobility and activities(Bos et al., 2016). 8.(a) The patients poor sleep is due to certain factors like- Mobility problems due to pain in the broken bone and brain damage Poor nutrition due to difficulty in eating, difficulty in engulfing fluids in the body Declining health conditions due to problems in pressure areas in skin, knees and elbows. Mental health conditions are deteriorating due to the several problems faced by the patient. Difficulty in sleeping can also be because of paralysis of her right side. 8.(b) Nurses need to advise patients to avoid frequent movements as this can cause pain. The patient is suffering from pressure ulcers so, is advised to take complete rest and avoid mobility (Bos et al., 2016). The patient should be advised not to move out of the bed and should avoid standing and moving her hands and elbows. Giving the patient appropriate antibiotics and rest and assistance can help in promoting sleeping. 9. An advance health care directive is also referred to as living will or personal directive. It is in the form of legal documents that contains the necessary actions adopted for the betterment of a person's health when they are not in a condition to improve their health conditions as they are ill. 10. The patient can be told to do the actions which they want to take. The patient is advised by the speech therapist to be in resting position and is advised not to move without the help of any family member. These trainers are proficient and having skills regarding fishing process. As a result, they have provided training about techniques used by the fishermen. It is also assumed that training which is offered by Auto fishing group is related to health and safety, environment protection and also associated with ways of improving efficiency. Issue specific security policy (ISSP) ISSP must use by Auto-fishing Group, Tasmania to identify specific issues and facilitate the instructions regarding the appropriate usage of specific technology to fishermen and its member. This report develops a policy for use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), online banking, and marine and fisheries training within the Auto-fishing Group, Tasmania. Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) is applicable to get the optimal quantity of fish from the fishermen on time and to deliver the order of the customers rapidly. Furthermore, online banking facilities are provided by AG group to its member and fishermen (Goodman, et al., 2016). Training is also used to provide the instruction to the student to show the live videos of fish shoals and schools as well as the techniques used by the fishermen. An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) is an unmanned aircraft which weighs less than 55 pounds on takeoff and also included everything that is on board. The use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles within the Auto-fishing Group increases the fish yield of its member and fishermen and also enables the organization to supply the fish to the customers as speedily as possible at a rational price. This whole procedure is based on automated onboard computers hence the distribution vehicles are connected to the office of Auto-fishing Group and the mobile devices of the fishermen (Peltier, 2016). It is beneficial to pull out the human potential and also allows the organization to execute dangerous and difficult tasks safely and efficiently, and also saving time, money and lives of people. The Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) is the government agency who is responsible for providing the instruction about unmanned aircraft vehicle. It is beneficial for using UAV from an aviation safety perspective. Furthermore, instructor of Auto-fishing Group is responsible and accountable to offer the training. Authorized access and usage of equipment All the users of Auto-fishing Group are agreed to comply the code of conduct to protect the data of the organization. There are three technology unmanned aircraft vehicle, online banking facilities and marine and fisheries training of the AG network, which should be designed to only for business purpose so the authentic use of this technology can only be the fulfillment of business intention (Ifinedo, 2014). These technologies should not be used by managers and fishermen for personal use because it is only for business purposes. Access to the Auto-fishing Group network must be Authenticated and verified for customers and fishermen. Further, use of computer, laptops, and other devices within the Auto-fishing Group should be authorized for training proposes (Whitman and Mattord, 2011). Along with this, marine and fisheries training should be provided by the experts to give instruction about the process. Personal devices such as mobile devices, laptops, tablets, person computers, USB are authorized to bring in the Auto-fishing Group but the connection to the network should be authorized and monitored. These devices are prohibited from accessing the Auto-fishing Group's communication, any personal information, sharing fishermen member's personal information to the public. All members should use password protected network to comprehensive use of the devices (Ifinedo, 2016). Any fishermen members required to use the personal devices for any emergency should be approved by the authorized fishermen member. The UAVs should not fly over the height of 150m and should not fly surrounded by prohibited areas around airports (UAV Coach, 2016). Along with this, Auto-fishing Group should obtain the certificate of the operator from CASA for using the UAV because it protects the data of the company. Auto-fishing Groups member is individually accountable for monitoring the use of UAV in the home network. Auto-fishing Group member must protect the software, networks and any devices provided to the employees and fishermen in any use. Furthermore, online banking society is responsible for providing the banking facilities to fishermen and its member (Whitman, and Mattord, 2011). Managing Director of Auto-fishing Group is responsible for building the guidelines about the use of UAV device in the Intranet and also shows all the lists of the authorized devices, hardware, and password encrypted user accounts (The University of Texas, 2012). Together with, two instructors of AG must responsible for providing marine and fisheries training in Hobart. According to the code of conduct of Auto-fishing Group, if employees, students, and managers are a failure to obey the security requirements and policies then they should be penalized due to disciplinary action issue, legal issues and also prohibited over the network access at any time within the organization. Moreover, The Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) is prohibited from flying of UAV in a way which will hazardous to property and a person (Australian Government, 2017). As per the law, if the company will hazardous to people and property or breach this provision then it must give a maximum penalty of 50 units that is equal to approximately $8,500. Policy Review and Modification This policy must be reviewed and modified based on the fishermen agreement at the end of every year. Along with this, the UAV review board should modify the plan for authorization. The envisioned action should comply the applicable laws, government regulations, and university policies. Auto-fishing Group should not only be limited to the policy on Unmanned Aircraft but also involve the policy related to marine and fisheries training, and online banking facilities. The envisioned process should not be tolerated a threat to health, safety, and privacy (Harris, 2015). If technology will hazardous to health, safety, and privacy of people then, it will be modified by the code of conduct practices of an authorized board member. As per the principle of Auto-fishing Group, company is not responsible for any lost and stolen devices during the unauthorized use inside the Auto-fishing Group. If employees and fishermen are failures to obey the rules and regulations then, they will give penalties together with the company can issue the infringement notification. As per the rule, an operator has liable to not fly closer than 30m to vehicle, boats, buildings which are not on the private property of operators. Hence, Auto-fishing Group must have explicit authorization from the private property owners (UASSA, 2017). Along with this, the operator should not allow flying the UAV over any populated areas like a garden, beaches, parks and sports ovals. Moreover, if these rules are violated then CASA can take action such as issue the infringement notices of up to $8500 per offense. Along with this, if these rules are critically breached and harm to a person then CASA will forward the case to Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions with the purpose of criminal charges. Together with, if an employee breaches the company policy related to use of company technology such as UAV, marine and fisheries training, and online banking facilities then the company will not protect them and the company is not held liable for these actions (Lynskey, 2012). It can be proved by the organization that such act would be conducted without their knowledge and authorization. Issue specific security policy (ISSP) is used to prevent waste and inappropriate use of organization resources. This policy is also significant for organization because it limits and eliminates the potential legal liability that can be existed from employees and third parties. This policy is also beneficial for organization to preserve and protect precious, private, and proprietary data from unlawful access and disclosure. Along with this, security policy is required to secure the confidential information from the network security assets within a company (Peltier, 2016). Since, security policies are appropriate to employees at all levels within the organization hence it should be written at a reading level and should be comprehensible for all employees. Conclusion From the above discussion, it can be concluded that there are three technologies is used by Auto-fishing Group, Tasmania named Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), online banking, and marine and fisheries training. Further, it can be evaluated that ISSP is created by the company to identify the specific issues and to offer the guidelines to their members and fishermen. It is found out that these policies entailed different components to effectively address the issues in these technologies. Finally, it can be summarized that if an employee violated these policies then it will be penalized by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA).
